They wrote her up last week for having a togo cup of water up at the stand for her drink. It was hidden and she never took a sip in front of guests. They told her the next day she is not to come into back of house for water that she needs to wait until she gets a break to get some water. Today she worked 8 hours before getting a break to get water and eat. Is there some type of law against this? She's pregnant and I would think going 8 hours without water or food even isn't healthy. I told her she should get a note from her Dr. stating that she needs to have access to water whenever she wants. I think it's completely heartless to tell a pregnant woman no you can't have water work 8 hours then we'll let you have some. Is there anything she can do besides what I suggested the Dr.'s note?
